Mrs. Smita  Pandey is a Clinical Psychologist with more than eleven years of extensive experience in Design, Development and Delivery of Clinical, Social & Organizational Counseling, Employee Association Program (EAP), Life skills trainings, Psychological Assessment, Remedial and Awareness Programs in clinical social psychology and positive Well Being.
Her experience contains an association with Hon'ble Delhi High Court (Family Court) as a Clinical Social Psychologist and Counsellor, National Commission For Protection of Childs Rights (NCPCR), Delhi State Council for Education Research and Training (DCERT), Delhi Commission For Protection of child Rights (DCPCR) and various NGOs.

Mrs. Nidhi Jha

A registered Qualified Social Work Practitioner at General Social Care Council (GSCC), UK, She has fourteen years of vast experience and exposure as Children’s Social Worker, London Borough of Bromley United Kingdom, Social Scientist – Chief Co-coordinator at National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), Manager, Rehabilitation and Resettlements for Arcelor Mittal project at Odishsa IL&FS Eco smart Ltd New Delhi, Social worker, and counsellor in family court New Delhi. She is UGC NET – Qualified.
